Frank Chen is an independent product builder with more than 15 years of software development experience. His work spans product design, visual experience, and software engineering, with experience across iOS, Flutter, Android, Windows, and backend development. From early concepts, interface design, and technical architecture to product launches and continuous iteration, he takes an active role in every stage of the process. He is dedicated to creating calm, intuitive, and human-centered digital products that allow technology to blend naturally into everyday life. Drawn to Kyoto’s culture and way of life, he now calls the city home, finding creative inspiration in its quiet alleyways and the gentle rhythm of daily life.
